Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order Value

Orders must have a minimum value of €250 Euros (or GBP/USD equivalent converted at the rate on the day the order is placed) exclusive of VAT. This applies to all products including Lycoming spare parts, Continental engine components, Cessna aircraft parts, Piper aircraft parts, and accessories from manufacturers like McFarlane Aviation and Precision Airmotive.

Weight Restrictions

Orders must weigh no more than 20 kilograms in total. Any orders which are heavier or volume to more than 20 kilos will be billed at the normal shipping rate. Most orders containing magnetos, ignition harnesses, Bendix magnetos, Tempest spark plugs, hardware kits, and similar components fall within this weight limit.

Shipment Frequency

Only 1 free shipment can be offered per order. For orders that contain both parts in stock and on backorder, you have the choice of shipping complete for free or having an initial free shipment and then being charged for subsequent shipments. This applies whether you order fuel system components, carburetors, engine mounts, or any combination of available products.

Delivery Timeframe

This promotion applies to Express shipping, which normally has a 1-3 working days delivery time to mainland destinations. Shipments will be fully tracked using professional courier services. Airpart Supply Ireland Ltd is not responsible for possible delays in shipments once the package has been collected and a waybill has been raised. Orders containing products like ACF-50 anti-corrosion, cleaning chemicals, or aviation lubricants may require additional shipping documentation.

Geographic Restrictions

Exceptions apply for non-mainland, residential, remote addresses, and offshore locations. Contact our sales team for specific delivery requirements. Standard shipping rates apply to locations requiring special handling or documentation.
